For her 24 remarkable years of devotion and hard work in furthering the mission of L’École de danse de Québec, for her involvement in the development of dance in Québec and for sharing and imparting her passion to a new generation of dancers, we feel it is important to pay a special homage to Ms. Dominique Turcotte, executive director of L’École de danse de Québec from 1985 to 2009

Thus the Fonds d’aide financière aux élèves et étudiants will now be known as the:
Fonds pour bourse d’études Dominique Turcotte.

Furthermore, one of the EDQ studios will be named:
Studio Dominique Turcotte

The personnel of L’École de Danse de Québec, in addition with the board of directors and, of course, all the students of the professional and recreational divisions, wish to congratulate and thank Ms. Turcotte for her exceptional contribution to the development of dance not only in Quebec city but also across the province.
